The following rates apply for use of our facilities. Rates for use on continuous dates are available.
4 hours 4-8 hours
Macomber Community House $125 $25 per hour after 4 hours
Meeting House $300 additional $200
Meeting House, Macomber $400 additional $275
Meeting House, Macomber, Potter $450 additional $300
Potter Annex $50 $10 per hour after 4 hours
Users may be asked to provide proof of liability insurance coverage. A “Certificate of Insurance”, if needed, would be provided at signing of the “Agreement for Use of the Facilities” with Westport Monthly Meeting of Friends listed as “Additional Insured”. Organizations that carry liability coverage will need to provide proof of that coverage at signing.

First, allow me to express my condolences to you and your family. I am sorry for your loss.
I plan to give you a call on Monday, tomorrow. However, with Covid’s current surge, and our Quaker Meeting in a process of deciding whether or not to close the meetinghouse and continue to hold our services solely via ZOOM for several weeks, I cannot say right now if the meetinghouse will be available beyond this week. The committee that decides these matters will be meeting midweek, this coming week, to make that determination. Thus the uncertainty.
I am very sorry for this delay, but we, as a faith community and member of the wider community, we need to be mindful of the public good and to do our part to control the spread of this most recent Covid 19 variant. I will give you a call on Monday, using my own phone which is 508-742-8709.
