Property Committee Functions
Assist Property Coordinator
• Prioritize projects and tasks to be done
• Organize volunteer work crews for some jobs
• Provide coverage of phone and necessary tasks when Property Coordinator out-of-town
Provide Property Coordinator with
• Support and oversight of projects and the budget
• Receiving and responding to issues and concerns by Friends and the public
• Expertise on projects
• Historical perspective
• Discerning requests for property use as needed
• Annual review of job description
Discern
• Annual budget needs (in conjunction with Fin Com)
• 5 year plan (in conjunction with Fin Com)
• Performance of Property Coordinator annually
• Rentals and Rental Fees (in conjunction with Fin Com)
Time requirements
• Monthly or every other month committee meetings depending on need.
• Occasional phone calls/emails from Property Coordinator looking for advice/backup
