Hello Friends, Several Friends have asked me over time if there was a way to read the all the “Closings” (selection of prayers and reflections) that appear at the end of our weekly Meeting Newsletters. I’m happy to say that I have finally sat down long enough to create a page called Closing Prayers and Reflections, and the page may be viewed HERE.

Save the Date: Please be aware that a memorial service for Steve Correia, will be held Saturday, Oct 8, at 2 PM. The memorial service with be held in our meetinghouse, and will also be available via Zoom. The Zoom link will be listed in our weekly Westport Meeting email. More details to follow.

Interested in learning more about Quakerism? Max Carter, retired directer of the Friends Center at Guilford College is offering a free five-week Zoom course on Quakerism. Max is a well known Friend’s educator and speaker. The course will run on Thursdays beginning Sept 22, at 7pm. View larger flyer. Midweek worship continues to be offered each week on Wednesdays at 3:30 PM. Please note that the link for midweek worship is not the same as our regular worship on Sunday. A link for joining Midweek worship (which is the same link each week) will be emailed each week on Wednesday mornings.
