Westport Friends Meeting members and attenders are needed throughout the year to sort, price and box up books for our Annual Book Fair held every year in July. The Book Fair Committee needs and appreciates ongoing help to make our Annual Book Fair a success every year.

Book Sorting

Some instruction and training is required before volunteers can begin sorting and pricing. Only specific people who are trained in advance should sort books ahead of pricing. Specific instructions are required for this phase of the work.

Book Pricing

Once books have been sorted into their respective categories help is needed throughout the year to price and box books. A brief period of instruction is Required beforehand. People who are active within our faith community who would like to learn how to price books should contact  Gretchen Baker-Smith to set up a time for brief instruction.
